Shipping policy

Kupcakerie delivers to physical addresses within 15 miles of Atlanta, GA in Fulton, Clayton, DeKalb, and Cobb Counties.  There is a flat rate of $8 on all deliveries, in addition to the price of the cupcakes.  Addresses outside of this range must be placed through email or over the phone and are subject to an additional fuel surcharge, if taken at all.  Orders placed by 5:00pm EST on a business day will be available for delivery the next business day.  Same-day delivery orders may be placed up to 1:00pm the day of desired delivery.  Deliveries are made between 11:00am and 6:00pm on business days, excluding Sundays.  A three-hour delivery window is required for time requests.  Customer is responsible for recipient being present during delivery or arranging a time with us that they will be available.  We reserve the right to drop off orders if no one is present.  Please note that delivery time requests for standard orders are honored as best as our load for the day allows and are not guaranteed.  We do not allow time requests for same-day deliveries.    

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.  We will notify customers via email once orders are delivered.  Please be aware of any delivery policies at your destination.  

Kupcakerie offers same-day Atlanta area cupcake delivery and same-day pickup at our downtown East Point store.  Orders come in baker's choice assorted dozen and half-dozen varieties of our most popular flavors for the day.  Orders must be placed by 1:00pm EST.  Monday through Saturday only, delivered by close of business.  Limit 3 dozen.  Please note that time requests for same-day deliveries cannot be honored.

Kupcakerie cannot guarantee delivery if we are provided with an incorrect address, or for delays resulting from inclement weather or times of unreasonably high demand such as holidays and Covid 19.  We try our best to accommodate delivery time requests, but they cannot be guaranteed and depend on our load for the day.
