Events are made to be memorable. Our space will help you do just that. Our Grant Park event space offers a large indoor/outdoor space in the heart of Atlanta with capacity for up to 100 guests seated with tables and 200 guests standing, in an industrial modern yet cozy space. We provide the setting. You bring the ambiance. We're here to serve all your event needs, from bridal showers to art shows, and everything in between. We are your place for Atlanta event space rental.
Rate: $95/hour Monday through Thursday, $175/hour Friday through Sunday. 25% of total rental cost required as non-refundable deposit to hold your date. Four-hour minimum Friday-Sunday. Be sure to book enough time for setup and cleanup. Access to the venue will only be allotted during your booked time.
Capacity: 100 seated, 200 standing. Includes large outdoor space and onsite parking.
Hours: Monday through Saturday 7:00am - 10:00pm; Sunday 8:00am - 9:00pm
Lead Time: A minimum of two weeks (14 days) advance notice is required to book venue in order to allow for personnel scheduling.
What we provide: 8 six ft. tables and 60 chairs.
Items available to rent: Full HD wireless projector and wireless bluetooth speaker with microphone, outdoor tent.
Your responsibilities: You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down/cleaning up your event in a timely fashion. Failure to remove trash will result in a $50 fee. Coming in before scheduled time or staying late will result in an additional charge.
Parking: Parking is available directly in front of our building on Memorial Drive.
Outside catering is allowed, but no outside cupcakes or cake pops. Outside whole cakes and other desserts allowed.
